B&W 001
October 14, 2014
These photographs are quite broken… and it’s not a bad
thing. Neither were they meant to be
scanned and hidden in my computer, nor to be shown to somebody. We were just
playing around, laughing, crying and making photographs. Having good times,
some people would like to say.
We were developing and enlarging photographs by ourselves, that’s
why there are so much dust and dozens of scratches on it. We weren’t very careful
like people are when they’re having fun.
But in the end, the scanned negatives look like small artworks.
Somehow all those lines are making sense. They fill our not so perfect photographs
with something like pepper and salt.
Or maybe it’s just memories and me being nostalgic.
